Downstairs has two gorgeous master suites. One with an indoor jacuzzi and pool view. Living room with fireplace and a pretty game room with a pool table. Sparkling white kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a magnificent dining room facing the pool.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a movie theater room with Bose 5.1 surround sound system.

House Rules
- 300$ Security deposit will be blocked for any reservation
- NO SMOKING of any kind in the house. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- No parties or events.
- Take off shoes on the second floor.
- We ask to respect our neighbor's privacy and monitor the noise after 9 pm. - Full disclosure policy for numbers of
people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and Airbnb policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- Keep all furniture in its place.
- Take all the trash out in closed plastic bags.
- Place all the used dishes in the dishwasher.
- Make sure to get into the hot tub with clean feet and to close it after use.
- Room #5 will be opened for a group of 10+ guests.
- Pets should be agreed upon in advance, make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pets cleaning will be applied .
